How do I reset a user's password?

If a user's password needs to be reset, they can follow the steps in How do I change my password? or you can reset it for them.

👤 Admins can reset passwords for all users. Supervisors can reset passwords for workers.

To reset a user's password:

  1. Go to the page that corresponds to the user's role (Workers, Supervisors, or Admins).

  2. Find the user in the list.
    💡 On the Workers and Supervisors page, you can use the filter options to help find the user.
  3. From here you can:
    • Select Reset Password from the actions menu. A temporary password will be emailed to the user.

    • Or click on the user's name to navigate to the user details page and select Reset Password.
