To open the WBGT Settings, follow these steps:
In the left-side panel, go to Settings.
Select WBGT Settings > Show.
Minimum Alert Time
ℹ️ When the WBGT reaches a worksite's heat level, the alert is raised immediately. When the WBGT falls below a threshold, Zelus downgraes the alert to the appropriate level only after the WBGT is sustained below that threshold for the minimum alert time.
Heat levels are configured at the organization level but can be adjusted per individual worksite. To edit an existing worksite's threshold, see How do I edit or delete a worksite?
To set the minimum time the WBGT must remain below a heat threshold before an alert is downgraded (to "initial heat" or "safe"), follow these steps:
Enter the number of minutes or use the arrows to adjust the value.
Select Save Changes.
WBGT Heat Levels
You can create as many heat levels as needed to manage user actions. For example, while most organizations use two levels, some may prefer to use up to five or more to specify activity intensity for different conditions. To add a heat level, follow these steps:
Enter the Level name and Threshold (ºF) temperature.
Choose a Color.
Select Add Level and Save Changes.
