How do I send a custom notification?

To send a custom message to selected workers and supervisors, use the notifications feature:

  1. Go to Notifications.

    The "Notifications" menu option

  2. Enter the message under Communication Message:
    • Enter a Title for the message
    • Enter a Body for the message
  3. Choose how to send the message by selecting one or more Communication Channels.

  4. Choose who to send the message to by scrolling down to the Supervisors and Workers tabs and selecting the checkboxes on the left-hand side.
    💡 Use the filter options to help find users and the Select All option to select all displayed users. 
  5. Select Send Message to send the message to the selected recipiants.
